Carlos Zalles - Chairman & President
Mr. Zalles is currently the Chairman and President of LW Investment Management USA, LLC, a position he assumed in August of 2011, and is based in Miami, Florida. He has also been CEO of LW Investment Management, Ltd., the parent company of LWIM USA, the US based registered investment adviser, since March of 2008. Before joining LW Investment Management, Ltd., Mr. Zalles was CEO and founder of LW Securities, Ltd., a boutique Latin American Investment Bank, which he formed in 1999. From 1995 through 1999 he was a founding partner and Managing Director of Andino Capital Markets where he was responsible for the Asset Management area, as well as trading and distribution of Latin American financial instruments. From 1987 through 1995 he was one of the founders of VestcorPartners, where he developed and managed the stock exchange trading and brokerage services of the firm throughout Latin America. From 1980 through 1987 he held various positions the last one being Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Bank of America in Mexico and Venezuela, running the Corporate Banking Group and the Financial Asset Group for the bank’s problem loan portfolio. From 1975 through 1980 he held several positions at American Security Bank in Washington D.C., becoming Vice President and Head of Latin America. Mr. Zalles was born in 1953 and is a Peruvian citizen. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and did additional graduate work in finance at George Washington University. Mr. Zalles is a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University and also a member of the Board of Advisors.

Philip R. Henríquez - CEO
Mr. Henríquez joined LW Investment Management Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner in March 2016 and supervises the asset management activities. Mr. Henríquez has 30 years of experience in the financial services sector having served as a top executive in various firms. He was a member of the Executive Committees for different companies of Mercantil Servicios Financieros as well as Global Manager of Corporate and Investment Banking. Other responsibilities included the Corporate, Institutional and Financial Institutions Banking Business in Latin America and the United States. Previous positions include Country Head for Mercantil Servicios Financieros in Panama (Mercantil Bank, Mercantil Seguros and Mercantil Capital Markets), President of Mercantil Merinvest and Board member of Mercantil Servicios Financieros, Mercantil Seguros, Mercantil Banco and Mercantil Commercebank Holding Corporation. He has also been president of Citibank Venezuela, Citigroup Venezuela Corporate Country Officer, Global Wholesale Banking Executive Vice-President, member of the Board of Directors of Banco Venezuela - Grupo Santander, President of Valores Santander Casa de Bolsa, and Corporate Bank Manager of Banco Exterior. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cerámica Carabobo and has been part of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Council for Investment Promotion – CONAPRI, VenAmCham, Venezuelan Institute of Finance Executives (IVEF), Venezuelan Diabetic Foundation, National Banking Council of Venezuela, Caracas Stock Exchange, the National Art Gallery and the Ideas Fundation. Mr. Henríquez received a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, Venezuela) and holds an MBA from Columbia University (New York, USA).

Gail Segal Elmore - Executive Vice President
A 20-year banking veteran, Ms. Segal spent most of her career as a Managing Director for Bank of America’s emerging markets sales, trading and research business. Credit-trained, Ms. Segal began her banking career at the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company (CINB) in New York. She moved to Boston in 1984 to focus on debt restructurings for middle market clients. In 1987, Ms. Segal returned to New York to help build CINB’s emerging markets business. Under her leadership, the bank, renamed Bank of America in 1994 following a merger, became a major dealer, trading assets in about 20 countries. Gail Segal earned her masers in business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with bachelor degrees in French and Spanish, and business administration.

Nicolas Zalles - Portfolio Manager
Mr Zalles joined the firm in September 2014 as Portfolio Manager for the SMA strategies. Prior to joining LW, Nicolas worked for 5 years at Biscayne Americas Advisers, an Institutional Investment Adviser. As Head of Trading, and co-Portfolio Manager, Nicolas oversaw over USD 400 million in assets invested mainly in Global and Emerging Markets fixed income and equity instruments across five different strategies for institutional and high net worth clients. He has a bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance with a minor in Economics from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

Miguel Casanova - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Casanova started his career in the accounting department at Vestcorp Partners in Caracas, Venezuela in 1990. He has worked with Carlos Zalles and the LW Group of companies ever since. In 2007, he formed part of the team that built Forum Asset Management in New York to become a $600 Million Investment Manager and became the Head of Operations before moving to Miami, where he has been an integral part of LWIM USA LLC since its inception on October 2010. Mr. Casanova holds a BA degree from Universidad Jose Maria Vargas in Caracas, Venezuela.

Alejandro Zalles - CTO
Mr. Zalles has over 12 years experience managing Information Technology infrastructure and developing software for financial applications. In addition to overseeing the company's systems, Mr. Zalles is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's portfolio management and analytics software. Mr. Zalles holds a BA in economics from Brown University.
